Inspection & Approval

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us immediately upon delivery. Provide clear photos and order details so we can assess the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
